First Blog EVER!
This is the first time I have ever blogged. I knew many people when I was in high school that had their own blogs, or really enjoyed following other blogs, but I never got into it. Unsure as to why I never got into it, as it seems pretty interesting, but I guess now here is my chance! By chance, I had already created a blogger account before I looked into this assignment because in my powerpoint presentation group, we talked about different technologies in teaching, and blogger was one of them. Since I was getting the information and examples for blogger, I created an account so I could find a blog to put up as an example on one of our slides. Anyways, I took some time to browse blogger then, and now before I posted this. Blogging is actually really fun, and can be a great way to teach. I mean think about it, you can ultimately find a blog for anything. Any topic you could possibly think of, someone's written about it on one of these things! It is an interesting way to see other's points of views, raise debates by leaving comments, and even just reading some pretty cool stuff about anything. 
I really like that this class hits so many aspects, like blogging. First it was powerpoint, then a video, now a blog, as well as a website we continue to build through this class. First of all, I don't know about you, but I have never been in a class where we create so many fun projects that actually pertain to what we are learning. Also, it is a fun way to learn about different teaching technologies. I can understand how blogging can be a great way to teach. You can find current events, facts, and topics about whatever is being taught. It is a great way to find images as well, and examples.
